Our summer show has seen Secret Art Prize winner Mohammed Sami painting in the gallery this week ahead of the Whitecross Street party next week on 19th-20th July. WXSP is set to be busier than ever this year, so my advice to you, is get here before the crowds.

A View from a Window
British artist Shelagh Wakely's body of work spanning her entire career has been gathered in the 3 galleries at Camden Arts Centre. From unfired clay sculptures, preparatory drawings, and photography, to name only a few of the artists mediums, cover the breadth of Wakely's practice, leading up to her installations and exploration of temporality.

Dream Life of Debris
Artist Victoria Arney has spent the last 3 years intensely drawing whilst researching decay and fracture that ensues after natural disasters. This exhibition looks at the fragility of spaces and how they splinter and become new forms and places.

The Floating Cinema – The Universal language of Hope
First proposed in 187, this film follows the movement to spread the language of hope- an international language called Esperanto, that irradicates barriers, fostering world peace.

Our Big Gig: Lights Camera Action!
This is one event in a string across the UK. The day offers advice and workshop for 16 – 24 year olds with an interest in getting into the creative industries. Workshops running include; Dance, poetry, song writing and Dj-ing.
