WXSP 2014, 19th - 20th July

 

This hot and hopefully not stormy weekend is the annual Whitecross Street Party, 19th - 20th July! This celebration of street art and community will be alive with food stalls, activities, bee hives and honey, and the famous Rise of the Non-Conformists exhibition that runs until September. 

 

But that is not all, Curious Duke Gallery will be there with our summer bonanza (60) Days of Summer, and our artists will be very busy indeed. Not only will winner of the Secret Art Prize Mohammed Sami have his 8ft x 8ft board up in the street art exhibition, but ever popular Roy's People will be hiding a number of his people along the festival for you to find and take home. Artists Andrea Tyrimos, Hannah Adamaszek, Otto Schade, DS and Lowdown will be painting live on the street, and to top it all off, we want you to think of your most heart felt, imaginative or wild dream and cast it onto the wishing line of Whitecross Street.
