Our very own CDG artist Matthew Booth will be opening his studio in this annual festival. A rare glimpse into the workings of a studio, with performances, music and celebrations, the summer is awash with creativity.

In the first of what looks et to a successful annual event, Art Social is set in the georgian house of not-for-profit private members club The House of St. Barnabas.

The Corner Shop
Artist Lucy Sparrow explains her hand made shop as “The Fluffy Shopping Experience”. Made entirely from felt you can pick up your newspaper, can of beans and a few sweets to keep in their fluffy goodness.

Shuffle Festival 2014
Not as bleak as the picture may suggest, but rather an eclectic array of events and activities organised by film director and Olympics 2012 ceremony organiser Danny Boyle. From bat walks in the trees and film screenings, I'm sure that something out of the ordinary you've been looking for is here.
