The new academic year beckons, but hopefully not autumn quite yet. But just in case, make the most of the weekend before term time drudgery consumes you. Quick warning, (60) Days of Summer closes this Saturday, so get here between 12 and 4 for your last chance to see our summer salon hang.

 

Secret Art Prize 2014

Winner of Secret Art Prize 2014 Mohammed Sami will be joining us all the way from Sweden, alongside winner of the People's Choice Award Olivia Yu and the 10 runners up:

Aidan Myers, Blandine Bardeau, Cherelle Sappleton, Johnathan Reiner, Karolina Albricht, Martha Zmpounou, Novemto Komo and Rosanna Dean. Abstract surrealism and urban art are combined in our newest talents. Catch them now before they rocket into the big time!

Primrose: Early Colour Photography in Russia 

Detailing the growth of colour photography in Russia from 1860 – 1970, takes in the growing unrest, the overthrowing of the Tsar and Stalin's reign of terror overlapping with the 1960s and changes in society. Curated in chronological order taking us up to the 1970s and the growth of unofficial culture and cheap manufacturing.
