I Know What I Like

Founded by Sabina Andron, I Know What I Like is a group show for the arts organisation of the same name, and it's coming to CDG! October will see 173 Whitecross Street become home to some of our collaborators, starting with 15 great artists, see the catalogue here. Our very own winner of Secret Art Prize 2014 Mohammed Sami will be exhibiting, too!

Hunted Hunter's Head

Japanese, Melbourne based artist Twoone has arrived on our shores! The street mural artist says “I like seeing the tags, and marks made by artists while moving physically when they paint, its almost like you are seeing left over energy that the person created.”

Bow Arts 2014 at the Nunnery

Renowned artist Mark Wallinger presents this years show, with Year of the Painter. Wallinger has selected 12 artists, whose painting styles vary in process and exactly what can be detailed as painting. All hailing from Bow, these creatives range from established to new graduates in the Arts. Catch the names here.

Protected Space

Johnathan Baldock and Coco Compton have come together to make an installation about their shared obsession: the hand held fan. Together they look at the history of the fan, from offering shelter to secretive flirting and passing signals in high society and advertising.
