Introducing Darragh Powell and Delphine Lebourgeois

Posted on June 27, 2013

This week CDG welcomes Darragh Powell and Delphine LeBourgeois. With The Art of Curiosity (grab your invite here) opening next week, these two CDG family members will be exhibiting with us for the first time in all their surreal mouth watering glory.
Darragh Powell takes inspiration from film quotes and posters to create his large scale and dramatic canvases with paints and inks. Creeping into your line of vision, these oozing moments are sure to captivate you.

Breathing for the birds #3

Immerse in Broken Silence

Delphine LeBourgeois quaintly muses on the obsessive nature of creating art. With repeated patterns abruptly broken and placed over disgarded pages of books in both muted and rich colours, we're treated to a romantic vision of play. Lean in and you're sure to find minute details and previously unseen stories.
