One of my first memories of chocolate is the one where my grandmother always made hot chocolate for us after a cold day out in the Swedish snow. We mixed the cacao with sugar and a little cream while Gran heated the milk. Every time she came to pour the hot milk over the mixture that we had made she noticed that we had already eaten it! She let us repeat this indulgence a few more times before we managed to make our proper hot chocolate. We loved our Grandma.
