We have a continuing theme at MFF where we play with the idea of seeing the inner person by cutting through the layers of flesh and bone to ‘reveal’ the person inside. We represent these attributes through the use of colours and patterns.
This skull is a representation of the devil, the snake in the tree of knowledge. The wasps are only an artistic indulgence as I have a particular abhorrence for the vile looking creatures.
