Where did you study?: Central Saint Martins and British Association of Art Therapists.

Life ambition?: Sprinkle my art around the world and inspire people.

 

What can you tell us about your artistic practice?

I think the process of making is as important as the outcome within my artistic practice. I always challenge myself to be experimental and discovering different ways of using paint. To me, painting is not just about creating something aesthetic; it is a way of preserving my responses and reflections of the state of mind.

 

What does the Secret Art Prize mean to you?

I feel lucky and thankful to be part of it. It gives me a chance to revisit myself and to be reminded by all the other talented artists of why I chose to do art, and how much I love being able to do so.
