The gallery’s annual summer group exhibition is championed for its curation of new talent and top trends.
The Art Garden Party will coincide with the seventh edition of the Whitecross Street Party (WXSP). The festival that has been dubbed ‘The Rise of The Non-Conformists’ celebrates the East End community and the best of Street Art, with live painting, music and of course tasty treats from the award winning food market. You can catch all of this plus Dan Rawlings cut out transit van on Saturday 16 July, 12-6pm.

Polymer

Working from the ancient Greek work Polymer, this exhibition explores its definition of something that has many parts. Together artists Valérie Kolakis, Sarlett Bowman and Neal Rock present works that contain a diverse range of materials, and works that undergo a vast scope of processes and forms that border on skin, suspended action and abstraction.

Making & Unmaking: An exhibition curated by Duro Olowu

Duro Olowu is known as a fashion designer, however his use of colours and curation of wider art forms has marked him as a creative voice to be heard. This exhibition takes over the whole of Camden Art Centre with 70 artists that address recurring political themes.

The Zabludowicz Collection Invites series continues with sculptor Victoria Adam. The exhibitions has an interesting titles that takes its name from an interpretation of the alchemical symbol for lunar caustic a material more commonly known as silver nitrate. Adam is interested in materials and forms that include products that make up our daily routines.

Serpentine Pavilion and Summer Houses 2016

Always a summer delight, this year’s commission has grown to ask four creators to build a summerhouse, and all four have not built a permanent building in the UK before. Each of the buildings is an architectural response to Queen Caroline’s Temple, and each response is very different to the next.
