The what, when & how of delivering and returning artwork

WE DO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HOW DO I PAY?
Purchase online through our website.
 
DO I PAY VAT?
Yes, Curious Duke Gallery is VAT registered. Email us on info(at)curiousdukegallery(dot)com for a VAT receipt. VAT Number: 190243523
 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Curious Duke Gallery deliver for FREE to any postcode in the UK, for any framed artwork please call us for information. Our standard delivery service which takes in between 5-14 working days for UK orders. If you are based outside of the UK please email and we can quote you for delivery.
For items sent Special Delivery, when we have dispatched your order we will send you an email confirming this, it will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
 
Any framed artwork sent, is shipped at the buyer's risk and we cannot be held responsible for any damage, we will however ensure that is packaged and sent as safely as possible.
 
HOW WILL MY ARTWORK BE SHIPPED?
We package your artwork with the greatest of care so that you artwork arrives in the best possible condition. These may be boxes that are much bigger than the piece of artwork itself so bear in mind there will need to be someone to sign for the piece on arrival. If you need to co-ordinate this with us please don’t hesitate to arrange this with us. 
 
CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK IF I AM NOT HAPPY?
If you feel like the piece of artwork isn’t for you then we have a 14 day free refund policy. Just make sure that it is correctly wrapped and we will send a courier to your door to retrieve it. You will be issued with a refund within 14 days. (Please note: the artwork must arrive to us in perfect condition to ensure a full refund). International returns must be at the customers own expense. All purchases made from 5th-23rd December in the UK for UK delivery are subject to a 28 day extended refund policy.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
For items sent Special Delivery, when we have dispatched your order we will send you an email confirming this, it will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
 
I LIVE ABROAD, CAN I STILL ORDER?
We do ship overseas, so email us and we will come back to you with a quote for delivery within 48hrs. If you decide to go ahead please allow 20 days for the goods to reach you.

We take a responsible approach to data protection and never pass on your details to third parties. ?From time to time we may use your details to inform you of exhibitions etc. If you do not wish to receive any communications please indicate this when placing your order.
